Reference works for Twain's 1895-96 World Tour

If you're looking for information about Twain and his visit to Australasia, there are many good resources available to you. Aside from Twain's own book "Following the Equator" (also published under the title "More Tramps Abroad"), only the book by Twain scholar Miriam Shillingsburg focuses primarily on the 15-week Australasian leg of his 1895-96 world tour.
